G Water inspired by Gypsy Water is LUNAR & CO.'s take on Byredo's woodsy, slightly smoky unisex scent. Bergamot, lemon, pepper and juniper berries open it crisp, then incense, pine needles and orris root move in, and sandalwood, vanilla and amber settle at the base. Vanilla is there, but it's a soft finish, not the point. Think forest air more than dessert.

When to Wear It
G Water is an easy one for spring, autumn and cool summer evenings. It's fresh enough for the office and woody enough for a weekend walk or a casual dinner. Two or three sprays usually does it.
