Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, so it’s important to double-check your shipping address to avoid any delays or complications. If you happen to refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping costs.

For domestic orders, we strive to deliver your package within the advertised time frames. To help us achieve this, please ensure that your address is entered correctly, including all necessary details like street numbers and apartment numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost or misplaced shipments due to incorrect address information.

For our international customers, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. However, please be aware that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply. By placing an order, you authorize us to import the goods on your behalf, and we may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker.

Returns and Exchanges
