Pegaso inspired by Pegasus is LUNAR & CO.'s version of the Parfums de Marly scent. It's a powdery, woody vanilla with a nutty edge, and honestly one of the easier scents in this collection to wear. Bergamot and heliotrope open it, jasmine, lavender and bitter almond make up the soft, slightly powdery heart, and the vanilla, amber and sandalwood base is what you keep smelling on your sleeve later in the day.

It's smooth and a bit formal, so it suits the office, dinners and cooler evenings. There's cumin in there too, which adds a faint spicy warmth you probably won't pick out on its own.

When to Wear It

Pegaso is a polished, flexible pick. It's fine at work, at dinner, and through autumn and spring, and the lavender stops it feeling heavy. In warm weather I'd stick to one or two sprays. If you're after something a bit richer for the cold months, have a look at our winter cologne collection. Rehabbing is a similar lavender and vanilla idea.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Pegaso smell like?

Bergamot and heliotrope at first, then jasmine, lavender and bitter almond, drying down to vanilla, amber and sandalwood.

Is Pegaso a Pegasus dupe?

Pegaso inspired by Pegasus follows the same almond, lavender and vanilla idea, so it works as a Pegasus dupe from the Parfums de Marly side of things. Small differences from the original are normal.

Is Pegaso too sweet?

I'd say no. The almond and lavender keep the vanilla in check, though sweetness is always a bit personal.
