Inspired by Libre.
Librate inspired by Libre is LUNAR & CO.'s version of Yves Saint Laurent's lavender and vanilla women's perfume. Lavender leads, orange blossom and jasmine fill the middle, and vanilla with ambergris settles at the base. It's floral, but it doesn't smell like a bouquet. There's a warm, slightly herbal side that keeps it interesting.

When to Wear It
Librate is a year-round scent for me. Lavender keeps it clean enough for work, and the vanilla makes it warm enough for a night out, so you don't need two bottles. Two or three sprays will do. It's a touch richer in summer, in which case one spray on the neck works fine. If you want to stay close to this one, Vie Luxe is the sweeter option, and our perfumes for women collection has more.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Librate smell like?
Lavender first, then orange blossom and jasmine, with vanilla and ambergris underneath. Warm and floral.
Is Librate a Libre dupe?
Librate inspired by Libre follows the same lavender, orange blossom and vanilla idea as Yves Saint Laurent's original, so it works as a YSL Libre dupe. Small differences from the original are normal.
Is Librate only for women?
It's listed for women, though lavender and vanilla work on anyone who likes them.
